A dedicated, secure national network built for Kosovo’s schools, universities and research institutions.
KREN operates its own private network for the education community. Capacity is leased from local providers and combined into a dedicated network designed around the needs of education and research, far more than a simple internet connection.
Active network equipment is installed at every member location and monitored centrally by the KREN Network Operations Center (NOC). This enables proactive maintenance, fast troubleshooting and consistent performance for students, educators and researchers.
