It is a testament to the ambitions of the country to embrace the digital transformation, for the benefits of the education community and the society at large”, said Massimiliano Paolucci, World Bank Country Manager for Kosovo, at the inauguration of the Kosovo Research and Education Network, established under the framework of the Kosovo Digital Economy Project (KODE), financed by the World Bank and implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Kosovo.

“KREN immediately enabled the entire academic and education community access to sophisticated digital tools as well as access to academic research resources. However, there are many ways the network can be used in the future to further integrate digital education solutions and provide learning opportunities for Kosovo’s youth.”
