The Learning Management System (LMS) is an online platform that stores large quantities of teaching materials in a digitized format. With a user-friendly interface, educators can easily manage content, automate tasks, and streamline their curriculum from any remote location.
In this background, this is a software application that provides the framework that handles all aspects of the learning process, it’s where you house, deliver, and track your trainings, lectures or tasks content. The whole job can be an easier process by identifying and assessing individual and organizational learning goals, tracking progress toward meeting those goals and collecting and presenting data for supervising the learning process.
LMS have become commonplace as the world has turned to online learning. An LMS allows instructors and learners to seamlessly complete the learning process online just as easily as they can in a classroom.
Considering the importance of an LMS, KREN offers good opportunities to Kosovo Higher Education Institutions (HEI), including public and private institutions, through platforms ensured from KREN, to create an LMS for students, professors / academic staff. LMS is composed of Moodle platform as well as Microsoft (MS) Teams and MS OneNote.
Students, professors / academic staff can create better online learning experiences as or for learners. These opportunities allow you to develop, design, and deliver your training programs faster and more effectively. Most LMS do this by offering a course library, content management system, user management, and authoring tools. LMS also automate most of the manual work that’s normally done when planning and executing training programs, such as user enrolment and training trackers.
Moodle LMS is an open source LMS that can be customised for any course or teaching method you choose.
